Sketch-22's Final Summer Season After seven successful summer seasons, sketch comedy troupe Sketch-22 are hanging up their wigs. Well, on stage anyhow. "The live stage show has been a wonderful ride," says producer Jason Rogerson. "To have had such a unique creative outlet and the opportunity to work with so many talented friends has been a privilege. The support we've received over the years has been truly overwhelming." And while this will be the group's last summer season for a stage production, Sketch-22 will continue to create. "We're not going anywhere. There will be more projects - videos, a feature, maybe a musical - who knows?" Rogerson muses. "We all enjoy working with each other too much to part ways. My only hope is that we don't all end up in the same retirement home." Sketch-22's seventh and final summer season plays Thursdays and Fridays through September 10 at 8 pm at The Guild.
